You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement or payment of the price within 14 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.
In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
• contact the Online Store the same day or the next business day.
• call 700032 in case of changing the product within 20 days with another or others up to the amount of the price or with an additional price or withdrawal within 14 days.
According to Article 15(e) of Law 133 (I)/2013, the product must not have been used.
